Paul and Lynn Gibbs are the founders of the Pais Movement, a fast growing organization with teams and headquarters on six continents. Now serving as the Global Directors, together they resources and train National Directors and Christian leaders worldwide. Originally from Manchester UK, Paul and Lynn currently live in Texas, USA. They have two sons and two granddaughters.

Pais Global Headquarters is based in Arlington, Texas where our exciting teams support and equip Pais in the many nations of the world. A position here offers an opportunity to work at the very heart of Pais and to interact daily with its members in North America, South America, Europe, Africa, Asia and Oceania.
If you have a strong work ethic, a big vision, and a desire to connect with people from all over the world, this is a chance to develop your leadership skills!
