Ben is a teacher who has worked with Pais for a number of years. He attended the SWAP conference in GB and was really encouraged to learn that the focus of Pais is to develop the whole being of a young person with mentoring and study and example.

The works that the Pais team does here is very important to me. They come on a regular basis and a lot of very good relationships have been built.
About 20-30 kids are coming to the lunch clubs. We found that the music has really helped them to settle down and really receive the message that Jesus s us. Afterwards they are encouraged to reflect on the message which is helping them alot.
The school has had a great relationship with the Pais team for a number of years. They have been extremely helpful with setting up a weekly assembly. Through the team coming we were also able to built up great relationships with the community.
Many students lack in consistency in their relationships and so for the Apprentices to be here every single week brings great value to their life. They especially help bring motivation and guidance to the students which supplements what they receive from school and home.

The Pais team has really done a great job of preparing lessons that engage the kids and get them actively involved. The students get a lot out of those presentations, I think it is because of the energy and the passion that these young people bring into the classroom.
