Since 1992 we have provided churches with teams of young mission-minded apprentices.
Through our Allies program, we also offer access to the training and tools that we have developed over 30 years.
We do this in the form of four options:
Train Your Congregation
In our role as ‘outfitters to the church’, you can simply ‘pick and mix’ from the following resources, use our pre-prepared self-guided course, or engage one of our licensed trainers to help you apply it in your real-world situation.

Train Your Leaders
Leadership is influence! You can use the same materials for your staff and volunteers plus other options that are specifically designed to help you develop your most influential people.

Join our Forum
If you want to build Kingdom-minded, discipleship-led, and mission-oriented communities, our forum is for you. While we don’t have all the answers, Pais offers proven models and a space where leaders can collectively explore methodology and orthopraxy.
Access to the forum is free. You can actively participate, watch the conversation, or simply stay updated with our latest resources.
We are starting as a simple Facebook group with plans to evolve the platform further.
Receive A Team
Pais can offer your church a full-time team of 3–5 apprentices for one year or longer. These teams will serve you as you build a bridge between your church and the local community. Primarily focused on youth ministry, some of our teams have specific skill sets or focuses. We will recruit and manage them for you, and they can act as a catalyst for Kingdom-Centric culture in your church.
Our training, tools, and teams will help you practically empower those you lead to live life on mission!
