what we offer!

Training, tools, and teams.

Since 1992 we have provided churches with teams of young mission-minded apprentices. Through our Allies program, we also offer access to the training and tools that we have developed over 30 years. We do this in the form of four elements:

Teaching: For congregations and events.
Training: For equipping people leaning forward.
Consultancy: To help leaders implement new strategies.
Forum: Connecting like-minded leaders.

Our training, tools, and teams will help you practically empower those you lead to live life on mission!

the forum

Connect with other like-minded leaders.

Many church leaders ask how they can be more kingdom-minded, discipleship-led, and mission-orientated. At Pais, we know we do not have all the answers, but we know people with at least some great ideas and models. Our aim is to connect everyone together for the purpose of living life on mission!

The forum is free; you can participate or simply connect to receive updates, watch conversations, or access resources. Currently, it exists as a simple Facebook group, but we plan to develop this further.

the teams

Host a team of enthusiastic apprentices.

Since 1992, Pais has recruited and provided churches with teams of young adults who are being trained on the job. They serve full-time for a year or longer and build a relational bridge between the church and the community. The team acts as a catalyst within the church that encourages others to live life on a mission.
