Founder – The Pais Movement
In 1992, Paul Clayton Gibbs and his wife Lynn launched The Pais Movement with one pioneering team in Manchester, England. Today, it has become a global nonprofit with teams in over 20 nations across six continents.

Pais partners with local churches to advance the Kingdom of God by providing innovative discipleship models, leadership development strategies, and mission-focused training. Its distinctive approach—featuring free mission teams, apprenticeship-style learning, and reproducible tools—empowers churches to mobilize everyday believers for lasting impact.

Paul’s vision was to create a movement that multiplies disciples who make disciples. Decades later, that vision continues to shape church culture around the world.

CEO – Masterclass Suite
Paul leads the Masterclass Suite, a collection of dynamic training experiences designed to equip churches, organizations, and businesses with practical tools for growth and transformation.

These interactive events provide a mix of teaching and real-world templates to help teams and leaders implement change effectively. Paul has traveled to every continent multiple times, helping thousands mobilize the many, not just the few.
