By partnering with others, we eliminate the need to own buildings, allowing the vast majority of our finances to resource the people who are transforming lives and communities. This approach ensures that our resources are focused where they matter most: equipping individuals to share the gospel and make disciples.

Our role is not to serve as a central funding body for each nation but to provide foundational support that enables them to thrive. Through this model, we ensure that every nation can focus its resources on its own mission, while benefiting from the shared infrastructure, training, and resources that Pais Global provides.

1. Directing Funds to Nations

When a supporter designates a gift for a specific Pais nation, those funds go directly to that nation. While some nations may raise additional funds through Pais Global, we retain 10% of these funds for administrative support, and the remaining 90% is distributed to the nation, usually on a monthly, quarterly, or semi-annual basis, depending on their preference.

2. Local Ownership and Independence

Every Pais nation is independently registered and managed by its own board of directors. These boards oversee the nation’s finances and play an essential role in helping them achieve financial independence through local fundraising initiatives. Nations are expected to raise their own funds, fostering ownership and sustainability while contributing to the growth of their local ministries.

3. Grants and Financial Boosts

While each nation is expected to be financially self-sufficient, Pais Global offers occasional grants and financial boosts. These contributions are provided as additional support, helping nations during challenging seasons or times of particular need. This is a way for us to strengthen their efforts without replacing their responsibility for local fundraising.

4. Equipping Nations Beyond Finances

Pais Global provides resources beyond financial aid, including:

• Comprehensive training programs.
• Mentoring from a team of specialists.
• Media and development support.

These resources significantly reduce operational costs for nations, enabling them to focus their time and finances on local ministry.

5. The Merit Bonus Program

In 2024, we launched the Merit Bonus Program, an exciting initiative that rewards nations for achieving specific goals. This program is funded entirely by Pais Global as a way to recognize and encourage excellence in ministry.

Pais Global raises funds through generous supporters like you, who believe in the power of equipping nations to make a global impact. We also look for volunteer grant-writers to help us.
