- One amazing fact that sets our apprenticeship apart from any other similar opportunities is that it’s FREE.
- You must be at least 18 years old when you start (you can apply at 17). There are no academic qualifications required. We looking for young adults who are committed Christians who regularly attend church and have a desire to share their faith.
- Pais Movement will train you for the apprenticeship you choose, and you’ll serve in a partner church. As a part of the apprenticeship, you’ll reach people in local communities through outreaches, and through work in local schools, colleges/universities, or businesses.
- Each apprenticeship comes with goals and standards that will help you grow in your character, spiritual development, and professionalism.
- Pais offers 3 program durations:
Traditional 1-Year – Starts at the beginning of the academic year (January & August)
Extended 18-Months – Option for those who wish to start serving during the middle of an
academic year.
Long-Term Missions – Option for those interested in a career in missions.
- A placement with one of our national teams for the chosen duration.
- Accommodation, food, and transportation.
- 200+ hours of seminary-style training.
- A mentor.
- Transportation to and from Pais conferences.
- A commitment to serve for the full duration for which you apply.
- Your personal spending money (a minimum of $1,500 is advised).
- Any flights or visa costs. Special flight rates may be available through our partner, AirPathway.
