Richard & Leearron
Richard and Leearron met when Richard was serving on Pais England, they then got married and pioneered Pais in South Africa. Because they both share a passion for developing people, equipping and empowering leaders of all ages, they decided to take on the directorship of Pais UK, which had a great foundation laid out by Pete & Bryony Baker. Pete will continue as the European Director.

Northern Ireland is a country saturated in religion. Saint Patrick, the much celebrated patron saint of Ireland brought the Gospel to this island in the 5th century, transforming a nation and leaving a legacy we are privileged to take part in as each year we raise up another wave of Kingdom minded missionaries to serve the great people of Northern Ireland.
Northern Ireland is known for its hospitality and humour, for open hearted communities that love to share stories. Pais has been established in Northern Ireland for over 20 years and we are looking for Pais apprentices who are willing to invest into communities to make a generational impact – to mentor young people, to serve local Churches, to impact communities with the good news of Jesus.
From the life and energy of Belfast to the stunning north coast and rural Irish communities, come and serve with Pais in Northern Ireland by joining our wave after wave movement of missionaries as we serve to advance God’s Kingdom and erode the kingdom of darkness!
