Pais exists to spark a global movement where the saints’ primary concern is the Kingdom of God and they are equipped to advance it in their world.

Free apprenticeships

Choose from 6 continents and multiple courses

Pais Movement offers FREE apprenticeships that include training, accommodation & meals. You can also receive a recognized certificate with the option of upgrading to a diploma or degree. Apprentices are trained in our three distinctive approaches to Mission, Discipleship and Study. Every apprentice receives a mentor, works with a team, and is placed in a supportive church environment.

Why do it?
Want to train in youth leadership and school ministry? Keen to disciple young people? Would you love to know the Bible better and be able to teach it? Excited to create innovative events?

What will you do?
Help to lead youth ministry. Present lessons in school. Teach using a unique question and question method. Run lunch time clubs. Mentor students. Organize outreach projects to youth. Lead innovative new style Bible studies.

What will you receive?
200 hours of lectures. 1800 hours of on-the-job training. Receive a mentor, who will help you develop your character and gifts. Work with the support of a team and be placed in an encouraging church. Be trained in everything you will do, by experienced Pais staff.

How can you specialize?
You can take the opportunity to use your gifts in either one of three areas. Run sports clubs with young people. Perform music in schools, churches, and the community. Teach and present with the performing arts and write your own material. Or sign up for our personalized track and take the opportunity during the year to discover and use your personal gifts.

To join as a Pais Project apprentice you must be at least 18 years old.

Since joining the Pais project I have understood the value of mentoring and being mentored. God has used other people to show me how to live a life according to his will, making decisions based on his word and how to creatively pass this on to the students I mentor.

How you can join the Movement

Pais offers different ways that you can join the Movement. Whether you are a family keen to get involved with Pais, a church seeking to have Pais as part of your ministry, or someone hoping to become a member of Pais full-time, here are some options.

As Pais we see ourselves as only one part of the answer. Everything we do, since the very beginning of the Movement, has been in partnership with other agencies, people, and denominations. We work with schools, churches, businesses and organizations to spark a global Movement.

Get involved. Adopt the Mission. Join the Movement.
