Use Your Gifting!

As part of your apprenticeship you can use your talents to Serve God, for a year or longer.

What Are The Apprenticeship Tracks?

Tracks are an additional opportunity within the Pais Apprenticeship for those who want to use a particular passion, gifting, or skillset as part of their ministry and mission.

Whether your interest is music, sport, theatre, operations, or a mix of areas, Tracks allow you to develop your gifts and use them to reach and disciple others. Rather than stepping away from the core apprenticeship, Tracks build on top of it.

All apprentices still participate fully in the core Pais experience, including church placement, school ministry, mentoring, outreach, discipleship, training, and community life. Tracks simply provide additional coaching, projects, opportunities, and specialist input connected to a particular area of interest.

Each Track includes:

  • Specialist coaching and mentoring
  • Opportunities to use your skills in real ministry settings
  • Specialized hangouts and collaborative spaces
  • A practical project connected to your Track
  • Additional training and ministry opportunities

Some Tracks may require an audition or portfolio. All Tracks are subject to availability.

  • Outreach coordination
  • Finance and administration
  • Personnel and team support

Projects may include developing systems, organizing events, supporting missionary teams, creating resources, or strengthening ministry structures at both national and global levels.

Multi-Track

The Multi Track is the original and most popular Pais Track. It is designed for apprentices who want to grow across several different areas rather than focus on one specialty. Many apprentices choose this Track because it allows them to discover their primary gifts while also developing strengths they already have.

It provides flexibility for those with a wide range of interests and passions, while giving opportunities to explore different types of ministry, leadership, creativity, and outreach throughout the year.

Areas may include:

  • Public speaking
  • Leadership
  • Writing and communication
  • Apologetics
  • Teaching and mentoring
  • Content creation
  • Ministry development
  • Humanitarian initiatives

Projects are tailored to the apprentice’s interests and may involve a combination of creative, leadership, outreach, and ministry opportunities.
